Information Collection in Access
What Access can do for you? More robust than an Excel spreadsheet, its power comes from relating the data (hence being a relational database). For example, in our Records Management Database, any file for a specific LSD location can be identified, regardless of the department it belongs to, as the LSD location is common to both (i.e., related). Access can streamline your data entry into useable information and published reports. It all begins with normalization of your data, which is just a fancy word meaning you have to know what you want out of your information before you decide how to input the information; it's part of the design process we walk you through.
Training

Kennedy Ink can train anyone (admin assistants, executive assistants, small business owners to name a few) on a one-on-one basis to further their knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. There is no set curriculum or itinerary, as we will judge what you need to learn based on what you want to ultimately do. Need just a few hints to round out our knowledge?
